Terms and conditions
You are agreeing to the following the terms and conditions:
1) Your session includes the session and one headshot
2) You understand that you are free to purchase more headshots should you wish
3) Your session fee is due at the time of booking
4) Cancellations will attract a 50% cancellation fee up until 48 hours prior to the photoshoot. Session fees are non refundable if made within 48 hours of the photoshoot
5) If either the photographer or client tests positive for covid 19, the flu or any other viral illness, the photoshoot can be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date
6) No cameras are allowed at the session, including mobile phones, iPads and tablets
7) All images are carefully retouched to a professional standard. Standard retouching includes contrast, colour and minor and temporary blemishes. More extensive retouching, such as thinning and structural adjustments is not included. If required, I can source these services at your request and cost of $25 per image
8) Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive your retouched headshot(s), in both high resolution and web optimised format
9) The photographer will own copyright of all images taken
10) Please backup all digital images purchased. Given the nature of digital media, no guarantees are made that backups of any images will be available once your order is received
11) You understand that image usage is limited to ordinary business purposes only, such as advertising on your website, social media, marketing materials and the like
12) You agree to your image being used by the photographer for ordinary marketing purposes, such as display on the website or social media
